Sessions are offered either face-to-face or online.

Face-to-face therapy sessions are currently offered at:

The Self Centre offers an extremely welcoming and relaxing environment. As well as clean, light therapy rooms, there is a comfortable waiting area and organic café. It is located just off the A14 in the Moreton Hall area of Bury St Edmunds.

I also offer appointments at Culford School for parents, pupils and staff members at the school.
