    Making Contact

Individuals and organisations are invited to contact me via email: [email protected]
If I am able to offer a suitable service for you, then an initial consultation appointment will be arranged, either face-to-face or online, depending on your circumstances and preferences.

    Initial Assessment

During the initial assessment appointment, we will discuss the reasons you’ve decided to seek support and current difficulties or challenges you are experiencing. We will work collaboratively to develop a shared understanding of how these difficulties may have developed and consider what factors might be maintaining them.

Attending an initial assessment appointment can often feel daunting at first but I will do my best to provide a safe and comfortable environment to help individuals feel at ease.

    Intervention

Following the initial assessment appointment, we will agree on the type of intervention which feels most appropriate based on individual needs.

If therapeutic sessions are offered, these will typically take place on a weekly basis and can be provided either face-to-face or online. Together we will establish a list of goals for therapy and progress towards meeting these goals will be evaluated regularly.

Clinical Psychologists follow strict codes of ethics outlined by the British Psychological Society. I will, therefore, only offer sessions if I feel they are beneficial to you and will offer the minimum required to achieve your therapy goals.

    Sessions

    Individual sessions – 60 mins
Sessions for organisations will be arranged on request.
